May feature: Frank Lynn Pierce & Heather Nashelle

Join us in May for an exhibition of work by an extremely talented brother-sister duo! We'll be featuring photography from Frank Lynn Pierce and jewelry from Heather Nashelle!

Frank Lynn PierceJuneau photographer Frank Lynn Pierce specializes in nature and landscape photography. Among his images are perfectly timed shots of local wildlife such as bears, goats, lynx, and more. He also has a collection of amazing auroras and ocean landscapes.

Our photography prints from Frank Lynn Pierce are printed on metal and ready to hang on the wall - no additional frame needed! Dyes are infused directly into a specially-coated aluminum sheet to create a print with incredible luminescence, detail, and durability. With a brilliant, high-gloss surface that shows every detail. These images really "pop" and the color and brilliance are amazing!

Heather NashelleJewelry designer Heather Nashelle started her jewelry business in Juneau several years ago. Now, her studio has expanded and moved to Oregon, and Nashelle Designs is nationally recognized and regularly featured in top magazines and style publications. All her jewelry is crafted in the USA by Heather and her team.

We carry a wide selection of Heather's work year-round and are featuring an expanded collection for May. Her work includes simple and classy pieces, in particular the popular "Identity" line of customizable jewelry. Create your own treasure with stamped bars, birthstone charms, and more! We also have the Alaska state pendant and mom-themed pieces for Mother's Day!

Stop by during First Friday on May 5, beginning at 4:30 pm, to meet the artists and enjoy opening night refreshments. If you can't make it then or just want more, we'll be featuring work from Frank and Heather throughout the month of May. For more information, visit www.anniekaills.com.

Updated Pottery Catalogs

Jason SilvermanThe last month has seen some updates to the offerings for two of our most popular pottery lines: Silverman pottery and Flambeaux pottery. Here's what you need to know:

Silverman Ceramics
has released a couple new items, and we have a fully stocked inventory. The new pieces include the cappuccino mug shown here, as well as an hourglass mug and perfect little ramekins. Silverman pottery is hand crafted on high-quality porcelain and available in several lovely glazes.

FlambeauxFlambeaux Pottery by Bill Campbell has been updated with new glaze options. Flambeaux pottery is unique in that tiny crystals are incorporated into the glaze, which "explode" during kiln firing to create amazing and one-of-a-kind crystalline patterns on each piece. Bill has created two new glazes - aptly named "new glaze dark" and "new glaze light." The dark glaze features cobalt, dark browns, and gold while the light glaze features cream, light browns, and gold coloring.

Bill's original, "sky," cream-green-blue glaze is also available on many pieces, as is the "mountain," a gold and cobalt color scheme. Our catalog has been fully updated with new pictures showing the new glaze options.

Check out our gorgeous displays for both lines of pottery in the gallery new - we're well stocked for summer and wedding season! You can also find full catalogs for both lines at www.anniekaills.com.
