Downtown Juneau hosts an art walk on the First Friday of each month. From 4:30-close on the First Friday, visit the shops and galleries of Downtown Juneau. Snacks, socializing, and meeting artists in person highlight these evenings.

December First Friday is Gallery Walk, downtown Juneau's biggest event of the year! Enjoy guest artists, snacks, and socializing throughout downtown and most of the shops and galleries will be staying open late for the event.
Our December 2019 featured artists will be on hand for the Gallery Walk show opening!
Rick Clair is a local artist who will be showing his latest original paintings as well as prints and embellished photographs. Each of Rick's paintings attempts to tell a story through bright colors and fantastical imagery.
George Estrella is a jewelry artist who will be bringing a huge collection of his work. George's jewelry is hand-crafted from gold and sterling silver and features images inspired by Alaskan wildlife, landscape, and culture.
Gallery Walk will take place on Friday, December 6, from 4 - 9 pm.

Downtown welcomes young shoppers on Sunday, December 8th for an afternoon full of kid-friendly activities at various locations in downtown Juneau. We invite families to bring their children downtown to help them purchase kid budget-friendly gifts for friends and family!
The event takes place Sunday, December 8 from 11am - 4pm.

For the first week of January we'll be holding our annual "Annie's Attic Sale" event. Enjoy discounts on most merchandise remaining in stock, plus great deals on holiday, discontinued merchandise, and odds-and-ends we've been saving throughout the year!
The sale will take place on Friday, January 3, beginning at 4:30 pm. Additional times and dates that week / weekend to be announced soon!

Our March 2020 featured artist will be Hollis Kitchin.
Hollis is a Juneau artist who will be showing a new collection of work at Annie Kaill's in March. She paints watercolors of landscapes, wildlife, and botanical subjects. Hollis offers originals, prints, and cards.
The opening reception will take place on Friday, March 6, beginning at 4:30 pm.

Our April 2020 featured artist will be Pia Reilly! Enjoy a new exhibit of her original paintings, plus prints and cards.
Pia Reilly is a watercolor artist from Petersburg, Alaska. She is known for her bright, colorful, cheerful paintings. Trees, flowers, and vibrancy of life are themes within her work.
The opening reception will take place on Friday, April 3, beginning at 4:30 pm.

Our May 2020 featured artist will be Frank Lynn Pierce! Enjoy a collection of his professional photography from around Alaska.
Frank Lynn Pierce is an award winning photographer from Juneau. Having explored the vast reaches of Alaska, Frank continues living and loving life in the last frontier.
Franks's exhibition work includes images from the outdoors including nature and landscape photography. Brown bears and mountain goats join calving glaciers and northern lights among his photography art. Frank also does portrait and event photography and other custom work.
Many of Frank's photography prints are printed on metal and ready to hang on the wall - no additional frame needed! Dyes are infused directly into a specially-coated aluminum sheet to create a print with incredible luminescence, detail, and durability.
The opening reception will take place on Friday, May 1, beginning at 4:30 pm.

Our June 2020 featured artist will be Candice Christie! We're looking forward to an exhibit of her original modern art.
Candice is a Juneau artist who creates abstract multi-media artworks. Recently, she has been working in three mediums: mixed-media collage, cold wax and oil, and acrylic pouring.
The opening reception will take place on Friday, June 5, beginning at 4:30 pm.

Our July 2020 featured artist will be Nathalie Parenteau! Enjoy a plethora of her modern artwork on canvas, prints, and metal.
Bold colors and crisp lines typify Nathalie's art. Wildlife and people are common themes, and paintings reflect the spirit and unique energy of the far north with it's long summer days and long winter nights. Nathalie's style is easily recognizable and is collected by people from all over the world. She works both in acrylics and oils and is known for her sensitive representation of the subject in its environment.
The opening reception will take place on Friday, July 3, beginning at 4:30 pm.

Our August 2020 featured artists will be Courtenay Birdsall Clifford and Tamar Harrison.
Courtenay Birdsall Clifford was born and raised in Alaska. Working primarily in a blend of watercolor and acrylic, she finds unending inspiration in the Alaskan landscape and seeks to capture the lush textures and vivid colors of nature. Enjoy an expanded collection of her beautiful artwork.
Tamar Harrison makes handcrafted driftwood art. Her driftwood trees and ornaments are Annie Kaill's favorites! She also makes larger sculptures from driftwood including salmon and modern art designs, plus driftwood jewelry. We'll have a huge selection of Tamar's art in August.
The opening reception will take place on Friday, August 7, beginning at 4:30 pm.

Constance Baltuck is a local artist who will be showing her latest original paintings. Constance's work can be broadly defined as modern or abstract: Her work is colorful and sometimes fanciful; though it is anchored in reality, it isn't restricted by it. Most of her paintings are begun outdoors and then completed in her studio. Constance's work has not been reproduced in prints; all her paintings are original and unique works of art.
Gallery Walk will take place on Friday, December 4, from 4 - 9 pm.
