'Calling in the Night' is an original hand-painted linocut print by Evon Zerbetz, measuring 9" x 11". It is part of a new exhibit titled 'To Know Birds is to Love Birds' and is one of the illustrations featured in the new children's book, 'Alaska is for the Birds'.

Evon creates unique prints by hand-carving linocut plates and adding color to the print with watercolors, making each one-of-a-kind.  Her art is infused with a deep curiosity about the natural world and her surroundings in Ketchikan, AK.
