Phil Paramore of Great Land Wood Works

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Phil Paramore is the son of a carpenter and master crafts mom. Over the years he has worked with a variety of mediums including ceramics, acrylic paints, soapstone, and wood. Consistently returning to wood working, he finds inspiration in the work of other artists, craftsman, and in his natural surroundings. He has lived in and raised his family in Juneau, Alaska since 1984. Juneau truly is “The Great Land”.
