ORIGINAL SITKA FLAKE is a light flake finishing salt that is hand crafted from the waters surrounding Sitka, Alaska.  The flake is delicate and has a pleasing "give" when you bite it.

ALASKA PURE ALDER SMOKED SEA SALT is made by smoking Alaska Pure salt flakes over burning Alder wood. Nothing else is added.

The Sitka Spruce tree is native to the Coastal Rainforest of the Northwest. For generations the tips have been used as a natural ingredient in syrup, jam, beer and now sea salt.
